SCALE OF PAY

MMG/S II – Rs. 31705 x 1145 (1) - Rs. 32850 x 1310(10) - Rs. 45950
JMG/S I- Rs. 23700 x 980 (7) - Rs. 30560 x 1145(2) – Rs. 32850 x 1310(7) - Rs. 42020

EMOLUMENTS : For those selected under Regular basis -
At present, initial monthly CTC at the initial level of Junior Management Grade / Scale I and Middle Management Grade / Scale II  including  DA, Special Allowance, HRA, CCA and all perks and benefits like quarters facility, in lieu of HRA, for officers; Conveyance; Medical Aid; LTC;  etc., admissible as per rules of the  Bank, in force from time to time are  approximately Rs. 68,000/- and Rs. 84,000/- per month, respectively in a Metropolitan Centre. 
Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting.

PROBATION PERIOD – The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (1 year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank.

SERVICE BOND
There is a mandatory provision of executing a Service Bond as under :
Serve for a minimum period of 3 years in the Bank after joining the services or in lieu thereof an amount of Rs. 1.5 Lacs

ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA

A) Nationality/Citizenship

Nationality / Citizenship: (as on 01.11.2018)
A candidate must be either i) a Citizen of India or ii) a subject of Nepal or iii) subject of Bhutan or iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

B) Educational Qualification (as on 01.11.2018)

For Scale MMG/S-II : 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail. (The Institute should be approved by Govt / Govt Bodies / AICTE) OR Graduation (recognized / approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) with One year Diploma/ Certification in Banking / Finance before joining any private Bank/ Public Bank.

For Scale JMG/S-I :  Graduation in any stream (recognized / approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE)

For Both Scale Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

Post-qualification experience

For Scale MMG/S-II : 4 Years Work Experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFCs etc.
For Scale JMG/S-I : 2 Years Work Experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFCs etc.

 C) Age – (as on 01.11.2018)

For Scale MMG/S-II : Minimum age – 25 years  and Maximum age – 35 years

For Scale JMG/S-I : Minimum age – 21 years  and Maximum age – 30 years

SELECTION PROCEDURE : The selection process will comprise of online test,
for the posts the posts in Scale I and Scale II followed by Interview of shortlisted canddiates.

However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria / interview process.
Bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Descriptive / Psychometric Test / Group Discussion for different scales.

Examination Centres for Online Test/ GD/ Interview :
i. Bank will be holding on-line testatAhmedabad, Bangalore,Bareilly,Baroda, Bhopal,
Bhubhaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi,Dehradun,Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Ernakulam, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur& Vishakhapatnam. 
ii. Centre’s for GD/ Interviews will be decided at a later date keeping
in view the administrative feasibility at a later date.
iii. Bank,  however, reserves the right to cancel any/all of the centres and/or add  some centres for Online Test/GD/Interview, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
iv. Candidates are advised to give their preference of Online test centre. The address for the Online test will be advised in the call letters.
v. No request for change of Centre for Examination will be entertained.
vi. Bank also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for.
vii. Candidate will appear for the examination/interview at the respective centres at his/her own risk and expenses and Bank will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
